We empower participants to become informed, committed, and highly qualified individuals ready to provide intentional and dynamic leadership within our member states. 

To ensure a rich and impactful experience, we encourage all participants to have been active members of SACAC or another regional affiliate for at least five years. For those interested in becoming faculty, we look for individuals with at least 10 years of experience and a strong history of leadership within SACAC or another regional affiliate.
