As the founder of Mrs. Orris PSEA, LLC, she offers strategic, student-centered college advising that includes everything from academic coaching and essay writing to scholarship support and parent workshops—in both English and Spanish.
Her background in public education spans roles as a Magnet Program Coordinator, Career Technical Education (CTE) Facilitator, and College & Career Advisor, where she supported thousands of students in navigating the post-secondary journey. While working with the CTACE District Department of Broward County Public Schools, Dahlia led efforts to grow student internship participation, business partnerships, and community-based career opportunities, resulting in record growth across multiple programs.
A frequent workshop speaker and community collaborator, Dahlia partners with schools, libraries, and nonprofits to deliver engaging presentations that make the college admissions process approachable and empowering for all families.
