Assistant Director of Regional Recruitment - NY/NJ - Stetson University

Stetson University seeks an Assistant Director of Regional Recruitment to serve as the primary admissions representative for the New York and New Jersey territory. Reporting to the Associate Director of Admissions, this regionally based position is responsible for developing and executing a strategic recruitment plan, managing a geographic territory, building relationships with students, families, school counselors, and community partners, and representing Stetson University at recruitment events. The successful candidate will reside within the assigned territory and work remotely while traveling extensively throughout the region. Periodic travel to DeLand, Florida, is required for training, meetings, and university events. This position requires exceptional communication skills, strategic relationship-building abilities, and a student-centered approach to recruitment and enrollment management.
